Article 1 – Seller identification

The website savori.store is operated by Savori. Contact: info@savori.store.

Article 2 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on savori.store by any consumer. By placing an order, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are dietary supplements. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Article 4 – Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price in effect at the time of confirmation. Any delivery costs are shown separately before order confirmation.

Article 5 – Order

An order is considered confirmed once the Customer has selected products, entered delivery and payment details, accepted these Terms and Conditions, and completed payment. An order confirmation email is sent after validation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are secure and encrypted. The Seller does not store any payment card details.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal (EU law)

In accordance with applicable European consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Important exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Any supplement with a broken safety seal cannot be returned or refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Savori by email at info@savori.store before the 14-day period expires. Return costs are borne by the Customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Article 9 – Legal guarantees (Belgium/EU)

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects in accordance with applicable Belgian and EU law.

Article 10 – Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow instructions. Dietary supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

All content on savori.store (texts, images, logos, and graphics) is the exclusive property of Savori and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Article 12 – Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website and in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Article 13 – Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will fall under the competent courts of Belgium.
