Refund policy
Return period
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return a product to Savori.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must not have been used.
Non-refundable products
For hygiene and safety reasons, any supplement that has been opened cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This applies as soon as the security seal has been broken.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Savori cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels in transit.
Return procedure
Contact us at info@savori.store before sending your return, including your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with the return address by email.
Send the product in its original packaging, properly protected.
Keep your proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Defective products or wrong order
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@savori.store with a photo of the product and your order number. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Savori and we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
